Overview

Use this guide to connect to a Zoom meeting in the Waters S-200 Conference Room.

Resolution

1. Turn on the Newline display using the power button on the bottom left corner.
2. Press on the Kandao camera.  
3. Open Zoom and sign in.
4. Start or join your Zoom meeting.
5. Under Audio, make sure both the Microphone and Speaker are set to Echo Cancelling.
6. Under Camera, select Kandao Meeting.

Note: A USB hub is available if you need to connect a flash drive. 

Troubleshooting

Windows didn't open?

Press the OPS button on the Newline remote.

Kandao camera not working?

Switch to the Avaya camera and use the Avaya remote to control the zoom.
