Overview

Eduroam is a secure Wi-Fi network allowing students, faculty, and staff to get free internet access at participating universities and educational institutions.

Resolution

Navigate to your Wi-Fi settings.
Choose Eduroam.
In the Account Name or Username field, enter your Athens State University or institution's email address.
In the Password field, enter your password.

Follow instructions for your device’s operating system.
Android: CA Certificate-Don’t Validate, Toggle Auto-reconnect. Choose Connect.
iPhone/iPad: On the Certificate menu, choose Trust.
MacOS: On Verify Certificate menu, choose Continue.
Windows: Choose Connect. Do not connect using a Certificate.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, forget the network, reboot your device or connect with a different device.
